    • Strength and conditioning, with some specific goals:
      • 5 Bar Muscle Up
        • Nov 27: Can do 1 reliably, but not 2
      • 5 Handstand Push-Ups
        • Nov 27: Can do 1 for the top set with the “triangle” form
      • 1min L-sit (by end of Feb, 2023)
        • Nov 27: At around 15-20s, but that’s after a lot of big, compound exercises
      • 405 Deadlift (by end of Feb, 2023)
        • Nov 29: 395x1 (basically there..)
      • 325 Back Squat (by end of Feb, 2023)
        • Dec 16: 330x1
      • 240 Bench Press (by end of Feb, 2023)
        • Dec 15: 225x2
  • Ring Muscle Up (Nov 16)
    • 5 Ring Muscle Up (Apr 14th)
    • Bar Muscle Up (Jun 17th)
  • 0.8x body-weight Snatch (~160lbs, this summer)
    • 1x body-weight Snatch (~200lbs, end of year)
  • 1x body-weight Clean & Jerk (~200lbs, this summer)
    • 1.15x body-weight Clean & Jerk (~225lbs, end of year)
  • 2000m for 7:30min (~1:50/500min pace, summer ‘21)
    • 2000m for 7:15min (lowest priority, 4-6 weeks)

    • Freestanding Handstand Push-Up
